Du kannst dein Cala-Konto und die dazugehörigen personenbezogenen Daten jederzeit löschen lassen.

You can delete your Cala account and associated personal data at any time.

In der App (empfohlen)

In the app (recommended)

Öffne Cala und melde dich an.
Gehe zum Tab Profil.
Scrolle zu Konto und tippe auf Konto löschen.
Bestätige die Löschung. Du wirst ggf. erneut bei Google oder Apple angemeldet.

Open Cala and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
Confirm deletion. You may need to sign in again with Google or Apple.

By email (if you cannot sign in)

Sende eine E-Mail an feedback@cala-app.com mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“ und der E-Mail-Adresse deines Cala-Kontos. Wir bearbeiten Anfragen in der Regel innerhalb von 30 Tagen.

Email feedback@cala-app.com with the subject “Delete account” and the email address of your Cala account. We typically process requests within 30 days.

Was bleibt ggf. erhalten?

What may be retained?

Bereits gekündigte oder laufende Abos musst du separat im App Store bzw. Google Play verwalten. Anonymisierte oder aggregierte Analysedaten sowie gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Aufbewahrungsfristen (z. B. Abrechnungsnachweise) können für einen begrenzten Zeitraum bestehen bleiben. Details findest du in unserer Datenschutzerklärung.

Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the App Store or Google Play. Anonymized or aggregated analytics and legally required retention (e.g. billing records) may be kept for a limited period. See our Privacy Policy.
