2. Collection and storage of personal data
When you use the Cala App, we process data that is required to provide the app:
- Device information: IP address, device type, operating system version, app version.
- User data: Information you provide when creating your profile (e.g. your dog’s name, breed, age).
- Usage data: Information about the training content you view in the app and your progress in training.
3. Purposes of data processing
We process your data exclusively for the following purposes:
- Providing and improving the app’s features.
- Personalizing the training content for you and your dog.
- Ensuring the security and stability of the system.
- Processing subscription payments.
4. Disclosure of data to third parties
We only share your data with third parties when this is strictly necessary to operate the app (e.g. payment providers such as Apple or Google, hosting providers). These providers are themselves obliged to comply with the GDPR. Your data is not commercially disclosed to third parties.
5. Retention period
We store your data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill these purposes or as required by statutory retention periods. If you delete your account, your data will be deleted promptly, unless statutory archiving obligations prevent this.

You have the right at any time to:

- Request the correction of inaccurate data.
- Request the deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Object to the processing of your data.
- Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (data portability).
